Metcon 4 and Metcon 3 can be proud of its uniform sole which is flexible and soft, and its counter is fixed additionally. Double benefits are therefore obtained as the shoe is proper for both cardio trainings and weight lifting.
Designers have used a double-layer grid for the upper part of the shoe which is connected by vertical fibres.
This gives the sense of softness to the feet and keeps the foot better than previous Metcon training shoe models. The innovative haptic technology has been used for Metcon 4 and the strengthened texture of shoes from the heel to fingers will not let the shoes deteriorate soon. Also, Metcon 4 training shoes have 6 bout hole pairs instead of 5 in order to achieve even more comfort and tenacity, to avoid worries, to relax fully and to enjoy the trainings.
